How Team Culture Affects Corporate Performance: A Literature Review

This study examined the relationship between team culture and corporate performance. The objectives of are to examine how dimensions culture, such as collaboration, interdependence, shared goals, affect performance, product quality, time minimization, waste minimization. A survey literature was used a source data collection. following were findings: Collaboration improves Interdependence enhances Shared goals enhance minimization concluded that unity employees toward achieving performance in organizations. Sequel findings, recommends organizations should create teams achieve stipulated targets.
